As Eti Alüminyum A.Ş., operating in the aluminum sector and located in the Seydişehir district of Konya province; our aim with the Integrated Management System established in line with our vision, mission, principles, and values is to operate in accordance with legislation and other requirements, to meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, to contribute to sustainable development, and to continuously improve the quality of our products/services.

To identify, evaluate, monitor, and when necessary take action within the scope of risk management according to impact and probability in order to achieve business results that will create value for relevant parties in line with the company’s main purpose and objectives in all activities,
To establish a healthy and safe working environment by considering OHS hazards and managing risks in our activities,
To carry out activities aimed at eliminating hazards and reducing all risks,
To establish an organization capable of responding in emergency situations,
To ensure consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives,
To consider the environmental dimension of all our activities, to prevent pollution at its source, to take measures to reduce our waste, and to increase the recycling rate,
To keep energy resources at a minimum level, to develop projects to reduce energy resources, and to ensure continuous improvement,
To manage procurement and design activities in accordance with energy efficiency,
To use raw materials, energy, and natural resources efficiently,
To increase the share of renewable energy resources in energy use,
To adopt as a basic principle providing quality production/service in all our activities and working with a customer-oriented approach, increasing customer satisfaction, and effectively handling customer complaints,
To create awareness of Quality, Environment, OHS, Energy, and Customer Satisfaction among our employees, stakeholders, and society, and to increase the cooperation to be established,

To continuously improve our Integrated Management System performance in our processes with a holistic sustainability approach by effectively managing risks and opportunities in our activities with the awareness of our environmental and social responsibilities through our strategic direction,
