In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Eti Aluminum, acting in the capacity of data controller, hereby informs you regarding the processing of your personal data.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Within the scope of our company’s activities, personal data may be processed in accordance with the nature of the services provided and in line with the fundamental principles set out below:

For suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, or their employees: In cases where you are a supplier, subcontractor, business partner, or an employee of such parties; identity, contact, legal transaction, finance, physical location security, audit and inspection, risk management, service procurement and audit activities, contract management, and processes related to fulfillment of legal obligations may be processed for purposes such as execution of business processes, ensuring operational continuity, and management of contractual relationships.
For community members, employees, and stakeholders: In cases where you are a community member, employee, or stakeholder; identity, contact, transaction security, legal process, finance, customer transaction, and risk management data may be processed for purposes such as managing contracts and legal processes, conducting business activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
In case of visits: Identity and visual records may be processed for purposes such as monitoring entry and exit activities, ensuring workplace security, and protecting against potential occupational accidents.
For website visitors and users of mobile or web-based applications: Data may be processed for purposes such as ensuring information security, maintaining service quality, and fulfilling obligations under Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications.

All such personal data is securely stored and protected in digital and/or physical environments.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated above, to:

Authorized public institutions and organizations,
Third parties from whom we receive services or with whom we cooperate (including consultancy firms, audit companies, business partners, and suppliers),
Companies within the Cengiz Holding Group, of which our company is a part, and shared or collective data systems,
Technology service providers and their systems,

in accordance with the conditions and limitations stipulated by applicable legislation.

Methods and Legal Grounds for the Collection of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), and based on the specified legal grounds (establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest, and the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right), personal data may be collected through the following methods:

Information provided directly by you or by your employer, whether verbally or in writing,
Automatic or non-automatic means, including email correspondence, software and applications, and camera recordings.

Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data is used in accordance with that purpose,
To learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the conditions requiring processing no longer exist,
To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights by completing the relevant application form and sending it in writing to Atatürk Avenue, Eti Aluminum, 42370 Seydişehir, Konya / Türkiye, or by verifying your identity through other methods specified in the relevant communiqué.

Our company will finalize applications within 30 days at the latest. Depending on the nature of the request, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
