Eti Alüminyum Inc. joined Cengiz Holding through privatization.

Wagstaff technology was introduced at the casting facility.

The new steam power plant was commissioned.

Green anode, anode baking, and anode rodding plants were commissioned.

First aluminum sulfate production was carried out.

2006

Transition from fuel oil to natural gas was completed.

2011

The aluminum hydroxide pan filter system was installed.

Dry hydrate and ground hydrate plants were commissioned.

Prebaked technology was introduced in the electrolysis plants.

The fluidized bed alumina furnace was commissioned.

The Fine Precipitated Aluminum Hydroxide (FPH – Fine Hydrate) specialty products plant was commissioned.

The lime plant was commissioned.

The alumina grinding plant was commissioned.
